Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
- We ship cookies throughout the U.S using Fed Ex.
-We aren’t able to ship to P.O Boxes
-We ship nationwide, using FedEx on Mondays.
-Orders are processed Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after our weekly cutoff on Tuesdays at 2pm cst. will not ship out until the following week.
-We fulfill all orders in the order in which they they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.
- We only offer domestic (U.S) shipping.
- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
-We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.
-Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered. FedEx may require a signature for delivery.
-Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Additional delays may come up due to increased package volume of shipping carrier.

-All orders are shipped using FedEx 2day
-Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box, tightly packed with packaging material, and placed in a brown shipping box. These measures are taken to ensure the quality and freshness of our product during transit.
-For best results, we suggest enjoying the cookies within 5 days of arrival.
-If unable to enjoy immediately or if you would like to prolong the enjoyment or our cookies, freeze upon arrival for up to 12weeks (3 months).
-To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30 minutes for the product to thaw or consider reheating in microwave or oven. Reheat instructions:
* Bake for 4 minutes in oven at 350°
* Microwave for 10 seconds on high

-Due to our cookies being a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges
-If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies.
-Please provide a photo and description of your issue, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.
*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund.
-For order cancellation and modification, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate.
IN-STORE PICK UP
-We offer in-store pick up Tuesday- Saturday from 11am to 8pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 5p.
- We are located at 9320 Dallas Parkway Suite 160 Frisco, TX 75033 (Main St Exit off the Dallas North Tollway).
-We will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on selected pick-up date. You have until close to pick up all pre-paid orders on scheduled date.
-If you can’t pick-up on your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible.
