SHIPPING & PROCESSING

SHIPPING

    • We ship our cookies domestically within the U.S. using FedEx and UPS. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    • Orders are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and we ship out orders using FedEx and UPS on Mondays through Wednesdays.
    • If an order is placed after our weekly cutoff on Tuesdays at 2pm CST, it will not ship out until the following week.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries due to incorrect addresses, and FedEx and UPS may require a signature for delivery.
    • Please be aware that high demand may result in delays or additional processing days, especially during the holiday season. If you have any shipping questions or issues, please email at orders@cookiesociety.com.

FRESHNESS

  • To ensure the quality and freshness of our cookies during transit, each cookie is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box, tightly packed with packaging material, and placed in a brown shipping box.
  • For best results, we recommend enjoying our cookies within 5 days of arrival.
  • If you are unable to enjoy the cookies immediately, or if you would like to prolong their freshness, freeze them upon arrival for up to 12 weeks (3 months).
  • To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30 minutes for the product to thaw, or consider reheating them in the microwave or oven. Reheat instructions can be found in our FAQ's section and our "Cookie Care Instructions."

RETURNS

    • Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@cookiesociety.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies, and provide a photo and description of the issue. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Claims sent after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation will not be eligible for a reship or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

    • To cancel or modify your order, please email us at orders@cookiesociety.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

IN-STORE PICK UP

    • We offer in-store pick up on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10am to 9pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 10pm, and Sundays from 11am to 5pm.
    • Please check our "In-store/Local Delivery" section to find the location closest to you.
    • If you are unable to pick up your order on the scheduled pick-up date, please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Please note that we will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on the selected pick-up date. All pre-paid orders must be picked up before closing time on the scheduled pick-up date.

Catering/ Bulk Order Policy 

 

Terms and Conditions

Cookie Society is delighted to serve you. Before placing an order, please read and understand our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and delightful catering experience.

 

Order Cancellation:

  • All order cancellations must be requested with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer service team at   [ info@cookiesociety.com ].
  • Orders that are not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Payment Terms:

  • All orders must be paid in full 72-hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Failure to complete payment within 72-hours will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. There are no exceptions to this policy. 
  • Payment can be made securely through our online payment portal. Invoices are sent via square.  

 

Refunds and Credits:

  • Refunds for canceled orders within the 72-hour notice period will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.

 

Modifications to Orders:

  • Requests for modifications to orders (e.g., changes in quantity, flavors, delivery/pickup time) can be accommodated within a 48-hour timeframe and are subject to approval by Cookie Society based on production flow.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING IS PAUSED

Exciting news! Our cookie company is growing, and we're moving into a larger production facility to whip up even more of your favorite treats!

Due to this big move, we'll be taking a shipping break for the rest of June and July. But don't worry – our stores remain open, and local pick-up is available.
