Cookie Society is delighted to serve you. Before placing an order, please read and understand our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and delightful catering experience.
- All order cancellations must be requested with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer service team at [ firstname.lastname@example.org ].
- Orders that are not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.
- All orders must be paid in full 72-hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Failure to complete payment within 72-hours will result in the automatic cancellation of the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Payment can be made securely through our online payment portal. Invoices are sent via square.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds for canceled orders within the 72-hour notice period will be issued within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.
Modifications to Orders:
- Requests for modifications to orders (e.g., changes in quantity, flavors, delivery/pickup time) can be accommodated within a 48-hour timeframe and are subject to approval by Cookie Society based on production flow.
