There’s toffee, and then there’s Texas toffee. Start with heavy cream, eggs, and flour, plus a full cup of sugar and a tablespoon of molasses, mixed slow and easy into a brown sugar dough. Bake until it rises—just enough so it’s soft and fluffy. Add chunks of Toffee and graham cracker. Let them sink right in. Drizzle warm caramel and rich milk chocolate over the whole cookie. There are levels to this game.
